Exchanges & Refunds

All jewellery is hand made in individual pieces with the greatest care and has to pass a two level quality control checks before being put up for sale.

However, even the greatest care and checks can still let a fault slip through from time to time

If you should find some fault with the product, we are happy to review on an individual case and provide a refund or credit if necessary. 

General wear and tear on products is not considered a fault.

Please contact within 14 days of receiving the product.

If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit but do not refund.

We do not pay postage for return of items for exchange unless it is a replacement due to a fault.

Please note that due to health regulations we are not able to exchange earrings.
